Another Star Reportedly Injured At WWE Show After Liv Morgan
Liv Morgan’s injury on WWE RAW made the rounds on Monday.
One-half of the women’s tag team champion faced ‘Pirate Princess’ Kairi Sane, but within seconds, Morgan crawled out of the ring after taking a bad bump.
The match was immediately stopped, and she was taken backstage for further inspection.
While an official statement from the company has yet to come, the injury was confirmed by commentator Michael Cole as legitimate.
Just one day later, another star has allegedly suffered an injury.
TNA star Elijah, who was competing on NXT, may have sustained an arm injury, according to Figure Four Weekly’s Bryan Alvarez.
Elijah was involved in a six-man tag team match teaming with Josh Briggs and Yoshiki Inamura against Trick Williams, AJ Francis, and Wes Lee.
The incident apparently occurred when Elijah attempted an Old School on Williams. While turning the move into a Fame Asser, the TNA stalwart landed awkwardly and favored his left arm.
Bryan Alvarez took to X, noting that Elijah limited the usage of his arm after the spot:
Elijah injured his left arm on NXT, somehow it appears nobody even noticed. Hopefully not too serious, but looked like elbow injury or maybe torn triceps.
Since joining TNA from WWE, Elijah has made significant waves and is scheduled for various events and promotional appearances.
The confirmation of a serious injury could put a spoke in the wheel of his progress.
WWE’s Latest Injury Concerns
Out of all the recent injuries suffered by wrestlers on WWE, the most significant could be that of Liv Morgan.
The former women’s champion was on the road to set up a match against Hall of Famer Nikki Bella at Evolution 2 PLE on July 13.
According to reports, Morgan’s injury is legitimate and will require time to recover.
Kevin Owens, too, suffered an injury before WrestleMania 41, resulting in his match against Randy Orton being shelved. TNA’s Joe Hendry ultimately replaced him.
Some of the other popular stars who are injured are Zoey Stark, Apollo Crews, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Rey Mysterio.
