Another Forgotten AEW Star Featured In Collision Ad

AEW Collision will debut this June and on the back of Miro and Thunder Rosa appearing on television for the first time in months again, another forgotten star of the company has appeared in a new graphic for the show.

Many expected the official announcement to come first at the Warner Bros Discovery upfronts in New York but AEW broke the news themselves that Collision is to debut on TNT on Saturday, 17th of June.

Although Collision is expected to be the new home of CM Punk in the company, he wasn’t mentioned but other headliners such as Thunder Rosa, Miro, Samoa Joe, Andrade El Idolo, and Powerhouse Hobbs were. Although Hobbs has featured regularly on AEW television, the other stars have not with Miro, Rosa, and El Idolo not wrestling since All Out in September 2022.

With the new show seemingly giving stars more opportunities for TV time, another forgotten star has appeared in advertising for the new show. Former TNT and AEW Tag Team Champion Scorpio Sky has appeared in a graphic for the show despite not wrestling for the company since July 2022 when he lost the TNT Title to Wardlow.

Scorpio Sky was one of the original members of the AEW roster when the company was founded in 2019. Together with his SCU partner Frankie Kazarian, they became the company’s inaugural Tag Team Champions when they defeated the Lucha Brothers in a tournament final in October 2019.
