Alexa Bliss Addresses WWE Future After Revealing Pregnancy
Alexa Bliss has announced her pregnancy amid her ongoing absence from WWE but the star seemingly has plans to return to the ring one day.
Alexa Bliss has not competed inside the squared circle since she lost against Bianca Belair at the 2023 Royal Rumble. Earlier reports suggested that she is on a hiatus from the company but the former Raw Women’s Champion has disputed that.
Alexa Bliss did, however, reveal that she underwent a procedure earlier this year to remove basal cell carcinoma from her face, but noted at the time there was not a long recovery time for that operation.
In a post on social media, Bliss confirmed that she and musician Ryan Cabrera are expecting their first child, in a moment which she admits was unplanned.
A fan replied to the post offering their congratulations and noting that they missed the star in WWE to which Bliss simply replied:
“I’ll be back!”
In recent years WWE has seen both Becky Lynch and Lacey Evans take time away from the ring to have children before returning to action.
Alexa Bliss is not the only wrestling personality celebrating an impending addition to their family as AEW couple Sammy Guevara and Tay Melo announced they were expecting their first child together during Guevara’s entrance at Double Or Nothing.
