AJ Styles’ TNA Bound For Glory Plans Disclosed

AJ Styles WWE

AJ Styles returned to TNA for a one-off appearance during Slammiversary in July.

His segment followed the X-Division Championship match, in which Moose dropped the title to Leon Slater.

Styles received a huge pop and went to the ring to congratulate Slater for his victory. He also told the Brit to carve his own legacy before raising his hand.

Between then and Bound for Glory, scheduled later tonight in Massachusetts, Styles has competed in several matches, including an epic clash with John Cena at Crown Jewel.

Though the 48-year-old lost his match on Saturday, he did give the Perth fans a few new memories to take home with them.

Both AJ Styles and John Cena performed a sequence of moves on each other to honor their past rivals. While doing his bit, Styles paid tribute to the likes of Samoa Joe, Frankie Kazarian, and Christopher Daniels.

Will AJ Styles Be At Bound For Glory?

TNA’s Bound for Glory is power-packed, with exciting matches on the card and multiple titles to be defended.

However, one of the thoughts on many fans’ minds is whether The Phenomenal One will make another surprise appearance, despite not being advertised.

According to a report by Fightful Select, there have been no internal discussions about AJ Styles appearing on the show in any capacity.

Apparently, there were speculations online, with even a Facebook post claiming that Styles would be present at the event, but that has now been debunked.

During the show, Leon Slater will defend the X-Division Championship against NXT’s Je’Von Evans.

The Hardyz will face Team 3D for the last time in a Tables Match, with the TNA and NXT Tag Titles on the line.

NXT’s Kelani Jordan will defend the TNA Knockouts Title against Indi Hartwell.

Mike Santana will challenge TNA World Champion and NXT star Trick Williams in a singles match.

Also, Mickie James, Angelina Love & Velvet Sky will be inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame.
