AJ Styles Responds To AEW Star Using Move

AJ Styles is steering clear of online bickering.

On July 17th, AEW celebrated its 250th episode of Dynamite in style. In the opening match of the night, Will Ospreay defended his International Title against MJF in the first of what many expect to be a series of huge series of bouts between the pair.

The match was a wild affair from start to finish, with each participant hitting huge move after huge move. Eventually, the action spilled into the crowd, where MJF was hilarious hit by a child.

After 59 minutes and 58 seconds, the match came to a dramatic conclusion with MJF blasting Ospreay with the Dynamite diamond ring to claim a stunning win.

AJ Styles Dismisses Fan Rumours

Unsurprisingly, the match created several talking points online, with the biggest centred around Ospreay hitting MJF with the Styles Clash twice.

While some tried to claim the act was somehow disrespectful, AJ Styles responded on social media wondering what all of the fuss was about.

Why do you think it bothers me that someone else is doing my move? We all do it. Its wrestling! I think if nothing else, it shows appreciation.

During the match, Ospreay also hit a Cross Rhodes after a playful wink to the camera. In the past, Cody Rhodes has admitted to taking his Cody Cutter from the British star.
