AJ Styles Says Raw Star “Like Every Other Turd” That Comes To WWE

Whilst having a lot of respect for his abilities, AJ Styles has been critical of one WWE Raw star for being too similar to everyone else.

On the 12th December 2022 edition of Monday Night RAW, AJ Styles faced off with Chad Gable in a singles match. On this occasion it was The Phenomenal One who came out on top after hitting the Styles Clash.

In a discussion on RAW Talk, AJ Styles claimed that Chad Gable has plenty of potential but doesn’t capitalize on it.

You know what the problem with [Chad] Gable is? He’s unbelievable in the ring, he has all the talent in the world. Yet sometimes he’s like every other turd that comes through here, doesn’t know his strengths and doesn’t want to capitalize on them, he’d rather show off and shush people. Gosh, imagine how good he would be if he would just apply himself to being a leader.

AJ Styles made his surprise WWE debut in the 2016 Men’s Royal Rumble match, meaning that the upcoming showpiece event marks his seventh anniversary as a member of the WWE roster. He is as former World Champion, adding to his credentials prior to his arrival in the company from the likes of IMPACT Wrestling and New Japan Pro Wrestling.
