AEW’s Kris Statlander Provides Injury Recovery Update
Kris Statlander is zoned in when it comes to her recovery.
Kris Statlander took to her Instagram on August 13, 2022 giving confirmation that she suffered a “completely torn ACL and lateral meniscus” and that she would require surgery, which took place on September 7, 2022.
She was questioned about her future plans for the rest of the year during an interview with Hollywood Life.
“Mostly just recovering from my knee surgery. Getting stronger and getting myself ready to get back in the ring. It’s unfortunately the only thing I can really focus on right now, and I just want to heal as best as I can.”
After the October 12, 2022 edition of AEW Dynamite, Kris Statlander made an appearance live, taking part in Orange Cassidy’s celebration after he became the new AEW All-Atlantic Champion following his victory over Pac.
Since we’re approaching Halloween, Statlander was also questioned about horror movies, being asked which one she would be in if she could pick one.
“I probably wouldn’t create my own and if I were to star in a movie, it would be Scary Movie or any spoof because I’m not a huge fan of horror movies. I don’t think I have a good terrified scream for films, so it wouldn’t be good.”
