AEW’s Dax Harwood Reveals Retirement Plans

Dax Harwood, Cash Wheeler - FTR entrance AEW Collision

Dax Harwood is a man with a plan.

For many wrestlers, life after they’ve hung up their boots and the roar of the crowd fades is unimaginable. After all, there’s a reason retirements are so notoriously flimsy, and legends such as The Undertaker have spoken so openly about struggling to fill the massive void in their life wrestling left behind.

However, despite being just 40 years old, and still very much at the peak of his powers alongside Cash Wheeler, Dax Harwood is already planning for what’s next.

During an Instagram Live Q&A, Harwood explained that he’s planning to open a wrestling school when he retires and preparations are already underway

So, my plans after being done in the ring are already in motion. I don’t know how much I can tell ya. But I can tell ya that there’s already a ring, there’s already a building, there’s already equipment and the idea is to obviously open a wrestling school with three of my friends. I’ll just leave it at that and you know, hopefully that will allow people to live a 20-year dream just like I did.

Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler Attacked By Ex-WWE Stars

After falling short in their bid to win the AEW World Tag Team Titles at All In, FTR got back to winning ways on Collision, seeing off the challenge of The Undisputed Kingdom. But unfortunately, things quickly went off the rails.

In the moments after grabbing the win, the pair were attacked by Grizzled Young Veterans (Zack Gibson & Matt Taven). The duo had made their return to AEW at All In.
