AEW’s Darby Allin Hospitalised & Not Cleared To Compete
Darby Allin’s body has finally caught up with him as the AEW star was taken to the hospital and is not currently cleared to compete.
Darby Allin sees no issue in putting his body through absolute torture. The former TNT Champion scaled Mount Everest in 2025, returning to the company at All In Texas to wage war against Jon Moxley and the Death Riders.
Allin was stopped from defeating Moxley in a brutal coffin match at All Out by a returning PAC, but got the ultimate measure of revenge when he forced Moxley to quit when they met again at WrestleDream.
Darby Allin’s Continental Classic Run In Doubt
Darby Allin is now part of the Continental Classic that will dominate AEW over the coming weeks. Allin lost his first match in the competition to JetSpeed’s Kevin Knight. Now, on the December 3rd edition of Dynamite, commentator Excalibur confirmed that Allin had been taken to hospital after that match. A video also played on the show, showing Allin recovering in a hospital bed.
As a result, it was also confirmed that Allin is not cleared to compete in the ring, but an update on his condition was promised for Collision.
In his absence, the Continental Classic continued on Dynamite with Kazuchika Okada picking up his first points with a win over PAC. Kyle Fletcher made it two wins out of two as he defeated Kevin Knight, and in the Blue League, Claudio Castagnoli won the battle of the Death Riders as he defeated Jon Moxley.
