AEW Wrestler Set To Become Free Agent
A former tag team wrestler in AEW is ready to move on from the company.
The Iron Savages team in AEW consisted of two big men known as Bear Bronson and Bear Boulder. They signed with the company in May 2020, but they were never pushed consistently on television.
Bear Boulder was fired by AEW when he was arrested for battery by strangulation in January.
After Boulder’s arrest, Bear Bronson stated that AEW had ignored him as if he was being punished for another man’s problems.
In a social media post, Bear Bronson announced that his AEW contract is set to expire on May 31st, which means he’ll become a free agent on June 1st.
Tomorrow, I am officially a free agent in pro wrestling

Mariah May Departing AEW For WWE
Former AEW Women’s World Champion Mariah May hasn’t been seen on television since she lost to “Timeless” Toni Storm in a Hollywood Ending match at AEW Revolution in March. Shortly after that, it was revealed that May was ready to leave the company and go to WWE when she was contractually able to do so.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider reported that May was removed from AEW’s website, which typically indicates that the wrestler in question has left the company and is free to sign with another organization. That could lead to May signing with WWE soon, although it’s not known for sure when that might happen.
It was noted on Fightful Select that May’s management claimed that May was still under AEW contract.
