AEW World Title Plans For Grand Slam Revealed
AEW is on the road to All In but Tony Khan has set his sights on Grand Slam and revealed a huge AEW World Title match will be part of that show.
Blood & Guts is returning to AEW with Team Elite set to take on Team AEW in the brutal double-ring cage match. The Elite are joined by a reluctant Adam Page for the match as he firmly sets his sights on revenge against Swerve Strickland.
Strickland heads up an all-star Team AEW which also includes ROH World Champion Mark Briscoe, The Acclaimed, and Darby Allin. While all eyes will be on that show, it seems another match is returning to AEW and it will find a new contender for the AEW World Title.
AEW Royal Rampage Returning
Taking to social media, Tony Khan promoted Blood & Guts for Dynamite and revealed that on Friday, the Royal Rampage match will return with the winner of the bout receiving a shot at the AEW World Championship at Grand Slam.

AEW Grand Slam takes place on September 25th at Arthur Ashe Stadium. That means the Royal Rampage winner will likely challenge the winner of the Bryan Danielson vs. Swerve Strickland match at All In on August 25th. Bryan Danielson earned his title shot against Strickland by winning the men’s Owen Hart Foundation tournament.
