AEW Tease New Dynamite Special

Tony Khan Smiling AEW

It seems AEW has plans for a very special show that could have a theme fitting with the season according to a new trademark filing.

In AEW’s five years, there have been plenty of specially titled and themed episodes of Dynamite. Homecoming, Bash at the Beach, Fyter Fest, Fight for the Fallen, Holiday Bash, New Year’s Smash, Beach Break, The Crossroads, St. Patrick’s Day Slam, Blood & Guts, Road Rager, Quake By The Lake, House of the Dragon, have all been used as subtitles for Dynamite over the past five years.

Big Business was the title of the show that welcomed Mercedes Mone into AEW while Grand Slam has also been Tony Khan’s company’s annual trip to Arthur Ashe Stadium in New York City. For many the best edition of AEW Dynamite to date and certainly the most poignant was the Brodie Lee Celebration of Life show following Brodie Lee’s untimely death in December 2020.

AEW Trademarks New Dynamite Special

Now it seems Tony Khan has plans for another special themed show as AEW has filed new trademarks for “Fright Night Dynamite” and “AEW: Fright Night Dynamite.” The filing states they are for:

Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services in the nature of live professional wrestling performances; Entertainment services in the nature of production of professional wrestling programs and events; Entertainment services, namely, production and distribution of ongoing television programs in the field of professional wrestling.

While there is no confirmation yet it would make sense that the 30th of October edition of Dynamite in Cleveland, Ohio might well have a Halloween theme.
