AEW Stars Wildly Celebrate LA Knight’s WWE Title Loss

LA Knight WWE

A pair of AEW stars are ecstatic about LA Knight’s WrestleMania 41 loss.

At WrestleMania 41, LA Knight put the United States Title on the line against Jacob Fatu. The match saw Fatu take control early on, but when he went for a Moonsault to put Knight away, the Megastar landed a BFT and nearly scored the win.

However, the momentum quickly swung back to the Samoan Werewolf, who hit two Moonsaults on Knight to get the victory and capture his first singles gold in WWE. After the match, the legendary Haku jumped the barrier to celebrate with the new champ.

MxM Collection Celebrate LA Knight’s WrestleMania loss

Haku wasn’t the only man celebrating, though, as AEW and ROH stars Mansoor & Mason Madden – aka MxM Collection – went wild when the referee counted the pinfall on Knight. The pair were hosting a WrestleMania viewing party when they started dancing and cheering on the stage before hugging in celebration.

Before joining AEW, the pair were known as Maximum Male Models in WWE. The group was formed by Knight when he was briefly known as ‘Max Dupri’ in the promotion. Fan backlash to the change to Knight’s persona led to him reverting to his original gimmick and abandoning Madden and Mansoor.

Although they continued with Maxxine Dupri as their manager, the pair were taken off TV a few months after the split and released from WWE in September 2023. They made their AEW debut in July 2024 and soon signed with the company. They are currently regulars on ROH TV, where they are aligned with Johnny TV.
