One AEW star suffered an injury in the build-up to All Out.

At AEW All Out, the Young Bucks retained the World Tag Team Titles with a win over Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta. The match was the Bucks’ third defence of the titles since they claimed the gold at Dynasty in April.

Despite their victory, it was a mixed night for The Elite as Matt and Nick Jackson were unable to stop Bryan Danielson from retaining his World Title in his match with Jack Perry. After the match, The Elite was chased off by the BCC, only for PAC, Jon Moxley, and Claudio Castagnoli to turn on Danielson.

Nick Jackson Injured On AEW Collision

24 hours before their World Tag Team Title match at All Out, the Young Bucks teamed with Jack Perry and Kazuchika Okada in defeat against PAC, Claudio Castagnoli, Bryan Danielson, and Wheeler Yuta.

While the loss for the Young Bucks had little impact on their momentum ahead of All Out, Nick Jackson came out of the clash a little worse for wear. Reporting on Wrestling Observer Radio, Bryan Alvarez noted that Jackson suffered a legitimate shoulder injury.

“So if you watched the Collision match where Nick Jackson got pinned when Claudio spun him, and then Wheeler did the dropkick. If you watch the match, he [Nick] gets pinned, and then he immediately goes for his shoulder, and he’s holding that shoulder all the way to the back.

As it turned out, he got hurt in that match and worked this entire match despite being injured, and you never would have known.”

There’s no word on whether Jackson will be forced to miss any time.
