AEW Star Threatens To Retire If They Lose At All Out

Adam Copeland FTR AEW

One AEW star has threatened that they’ll hang up their boots for good if they lose at All Out.

AEW All Out takes place on September 20th with a packed card set for Toronto. Hangman Adam Page will defend his AEW World Championship against Kyle Fletcher while Toni Storm faces three different challengers in a four-way bout for her AEW Women’s World Title.

The AEW Unified Title will be on the line in a three-way match that may have been spoiled by news from another promotion, and the AEW Tag Team Championship belts will be suspended above the ring in a four-way ladder match.

Jon Moxley will clash with Darby Allin in a coffin match, Mercedes Mone defends her TBS Title against Riho, MJF meets Mark Briscoe in a Tables ‘n’ Tacks match, and Eddie Kingston returns to AEW after a long absence to clash with Big Bill.

Dax Harwood Ready To Retire From AEW?

Perhaps no match on the card will be more highly anticipated by the Toronto crowd than Adam Copeland and Christian Cage teaming up in their hometown to face FTR. Incredibly, this will be the first time Copeland and Cage have teamed up on television in Toronto since they were known as The Brood and faced The Hardy Boyz on a 1999 edition of Shotgun Saturday Night.

However, for one member of FTR, things might be over for good if they can’t pick up a win over the legendary tag team. Dax Harwood responded to a question on social media, which asked what he’d do if he lost to Copeland and Cage at All Out, to which he replied:

I’ll retire from being an in-ring competitor

This has never been mentioned as a stipulation on AEW television so it’s highly likely Harwood was living up to his villainous character online.
