AEW Star Set For First Dynamite Match In Over 2 Years
A recently returned AEW star will return to the ring on Dynamite.
At AEW Fyter Fest, Tay Melo made her surprise return to the company, coming to the aid of her long-time friend and tag team partner Anna Jay.
During the show, Megan Bayne and Penelope Ford attacked Jay and threatened to throw her off the stage until Melo intervened, blasting Ford with a Kendo stick.
The star stepped away from the ring in early 2023 and later gave birth to her first child, a daughter, Luna, that November.
Tay Melo To Wrestle On AEW Dynamite
Following her surprise on Dynamite, it’s been announced on social media by Tony Khan that Melo will team back up with Anna Jay on June 11. Although she returned to the ring at Stardom New Year Dream in January alongside Mina Shirakawa against Athena and Thekla, the match will be Melo’s first in AEW since January 2023.
