AEW Star Has Fiery Response After Injury Claims Doubted

Rush Jack Perry AEW

Rush has not been seen on AEW television in 2024 and now the star has taken no prisoners with his response to suggestions he’s not been injured.

The last time AEW fans saw Rush in the ring was at the Worlds End pay-per-view in December 2023 when he teamed with Jay White, Jay Lethal, and Brody King in a loss to Bryan Danielson, Claudio Castagnoli, Daniel Garcia, and Mark Briscoe.

Despite apparently being injured and missing the ring due to that, there was speculation that might not be the case after his brother Dralistico that both of them were having visa issues preventing them from working in the US.

AEW’s Rush Fires Back At Injury Claims

However, responding on social media, Rush was ruthless in response to accusations that he had not been injured:

I was injured as confirmed by AEW doctors. Now I am recovered, I had a visa with someone else and now in the process of getting my visa through AEW. Stop posting bullsh*t for f*cking likes. I don’t ever lie about injuries.

It currently remains unknown when Rush will be able to return to the ring or AEW. Dralistico has not competed in the US since November 2023 but was in the ring on the 19th of January 2024 for a four way match won by ex-WWE star Matt Riddle.

One AEW star has lifted the lid on the politics behind the scenes and admits they came as a surprise to them.
