Adam Copeland

Adam Copeland is returning to the big screen.

As reported by Variety, Adam Copeland is set to star in The Beekeeper 2. The Beekeeper, headed up by Jason Statham, debuted in January 2024 and went on to gross $152 million worldwide.

“The Beekeeper,” about a former government assassin who comes out of retirement in a quest for vengeance, was a box office hit last year, grossing $162 million worldwide. Jeremy Irons, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Bobby Naderi and Jemma Redgrave will also reprise their roles in the sequel, distributed worldwide by Amazon MGM Studios and produced and financed by Miramax, with Yara Shahidi as a new addition to the cast.

Adam Copeland Stepping Back From AEW

At All Out, Copeland continued his reunion with Christian Cage as the pair took on FTR. But while the two veterans grabbed the win, they ended the night in despair.

With the match over, Kip Sabian handcuffed Copeland to the ropes as Nick Wayne and Mother Wayne watched on from the top of the ramp. This left the way clear for FTR to destroy Cage with a spike Piledriver.

The match also saw the AEW debut of Beth Copeland (Phoenix), who came to ringside to take care of Stokely Hathaway after he tried to get involved in the action. But that was as fun as her night got.

After trying to tend to her husband, Beth was also given a spike Piledriver by Harwood and Wheeler.

On the following episode of Dynamite, Copeland told Cage he needed to take some time away from AEW to be with his family. He admitted that he didn’t know when he’d be back.

It was reported after the show that Adam Copeland is due to begin work on season three of “Percy Jackson and the Olympians.”
