AEW Signing Of Hugely Popular Stars Confirmed
Tony Khan has been snapping up big-name free agents in AEW and now it seems he’s signed two stars that have been under his nose for quite some time.
In 2024, the AEW roster has been bolstered by the arrival of Kazuchika Okada, Deonna Purrazzo, Mercedes Mone, and the Grizzled Young Vets.
But now it seems that a tag team that has been wrestling in AEW since 2021 have finally been signed by Tony Khan despite the company not yet giving the youngest men alive the customary “All Elite” graphic.
The Outrunners Sign With AEW
In recent weeks, Turbo Floyd and Truth Magnum have been the talk of the wrestling world as their throwback style and pumped-up guns have caught fire.
Now Fightful Select has reported that sources within AEW have confirmed that The Outrunners are signed to the company although the specifics of their contracts and when they were signed remain unknown.
The Outrunners themselves left the situation a mystery as they were quoted as saying “I can neither confirm nor deny that we are old enough/too young to sign or not sign.”
Most AEW signings have been given an “All Elite” graphic to welcome them to the company and this has been the same since 2019. However, some signings have gone under the radar and not received that, the most notable example perhaps being broadcast extraordinaire RJ City.
