AEW Shares Warning Following Controversial Bryan Danielson Angle

Bryan Danielson

Bryan Danielson left AEW All Out a broken man after a shocking betrayal.

Heading into All Out, Bryan Danielson was still flying high after winning the AEW World Championship two weeks earlier at All In. On that famous night at Wembley Stadium, Danielson beat Swerve Strickland to claim the World Championship and extend his career.

At All Out, Danielson retained the gold with a win over Jack Perry, but that was only part of the story. During the match, the Young Bucks got involved to help Perry, but Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta came to Danielson’s aid.

After Danielson got the win, he was laid out by Killswitch who then stared down Perry. At this, Christian Cage came out with Nick & Mother Wayne. This brought out Jon Moxley who got in between them, and PAC, Castagnoli, and Yuta stood together in defiance. As Danielson celebrated and was embraced by Moxley, The Patriarchy retreated.

In a stunning twist, Castagnoli hit Danielson with a huge uppercut and Moxley then put a plastic bag over his head. PAC held a distraught Yuta as Marina Shafir threw the referee out of the ring. As the group left, Yuta tended to Danielson in the ring as he was given oxygen by the medical team.

AEW Won’t Air Bryan Danielson Footage

In a post on social media immediately after Danielson left the ring, AEW said that due to the graphic nature of the attack, they wouldn’t be sharing the footage.

Due to the graphic nature of the attack on Bryan Danielson, we will not be sharing the footage. AEW does not condone such actions.

Meanwhile, it’s been reported that Darby Allin will eventually be the man to beat Bryan Danielson for the AEW World Title. The American Dragon has pledged to end his full-time career when he loses the championship.

It’s been rumoured that the match could take place at WrestleDream in October given both men would be wrestling in their home state of Washington.
