AEW Personalities Get Engaged

Love was in the air this Christmas for two stars of AEW who announced that they are now engaged.

W. Morrissey made his AEW debut back in May 2022 appearing as one of MJF’s handpicked opponents to take on Wardlow on Dynamite. Morrissey was unsuccessful in that venture, but since returning to the promotion in the fall as part of The Firm, the man now known as Big Bill has shown a much more vicious side.

During the Dynamite Diamond battle royal on the 7th of December edition of Dynamite, Big Bill – despite not being in the match – got involved regardless and nailed Jungle Boy Jack Perry with a vicious chokeslam onto the apron of the ring. Since then he has attacked Perry again, slamming him into a dumpster with help from his Firm teammate, Lee Moriarty. This looks to be leading to a big tag team bout between those two men and Jack Perry, and his unlikely ally in recent weeks, FTW Champion HOOK.

However, over Christmas the fighting can wait as AEW broadcaster Lexy Nair took to social media to announce that she will soon be Mrs. Big Bill.

AEW stars such as Tay Melo and Willow Nightingale reacted to the news, with them along with many others offering their warm congratulations to the couple.
