WWE & AEW Legend Open To Dating Again At 73
A WWE & AEW legend is ready to put themselves out there at the age of 73.
Jim Ross was recently asked about getting into the dating scene by his Grilling JR podcast co-host Conrad Thompson.
JR, who is back living in Oklahoma, first joked about BlewChew but also admitted to the struggles of finding the right woman at his age.
BlueChew puts the lead in your pencil, Conrad. It puts the lead in your pencil. And, as my daddy would say, ‘Son, you ain’t got nobody to write to.’
I don’t discriminate whatsoever, but I haven’t found the right lady yet. I guess the older you get, sometimes you get less motivated… that’s where BlueChew comes in.
The AEW commentator continued by admitting that there was another reason behind his hesitancy: he does not care much.
You still gotta have somebody to write to, and I haven’t found anybody I want to invest that much time in. That’s the bad thing about getting older—you don’t give a s***. [H/T: Ringside News]
AEW Legend Jim Ross Refutes Racism Allegations
A couple of months ago, WWE Hall of Famer D-Von Dudley accused Jim Ross of racially profiling him backstage during the Attitude Era.
JR finally opened up on the allegations, claiming there was no truth to them. He even questioned D-Von’s motives behind his shocking accusations, stating that he may be frustrated due to the lack of success as compared to his tag team partner, Bubba Ray Dudley.
That’s so absurd. It shouldn’t even merit a response. I like D-Von. I like him today. I hired him and Bubba. I thought we did a good job of booking them.
I was shocked to hear that, because I don’t recall ever having a cross word with D-Von Dudley. I always respected him and his work… I never said that to D-Von Dudley. Why he would conjure that up—I guess to get attention—I don’t know.
Maybe he’s not as happy with his post-wrestling life as Bubba is, because Bubba has made a tremendous success of himself as a broadcaster.
At my age and with my health situations and everything else, I’ve got nothing to gain by saying, ‘Yeah, I said that one time and I really regret it.’ I never said it.
