AEW Collision Spoilers – August 3rd, 2024

AEW continues its eSports Arena residency.

On August 1st, AEW taped the latest edition of Collision as it continues its residency at the eSports Arena in Arlington, Texas.

With All In set to take place in a little over three weeks, each taping is taking on increasing significance as the company’s top stars look to get themselves in prime position for the biggest show of the year.

On the upcoming episode of Collision, Toni Storm continued her preparations for Mariah May at Wembley and Kyle Fletcher tuned up for his shot at MJF on August 8th. After Fletcher got the better of Brian Cage, MJF announced their match on Dynamite would be an American Title eliminator.

  • Dustin Rhodes, Ross Von Erich & Marshall Von Erich cut a promo that was interrupted by Sammy Guevara, who wants to team with Rhodes
  • Claudio Castagnoli def Lee Moriarty & Tomohiro Ishii
  • Mistico & Hologram def Tony Nese & Ari Daivari of Premier Athletes
  • Chris Jericho cut a promo on Mistico
  • Jeff Jarrett challenged Bryan Danielson to make their Dynamite match No DQ
  • Toni Storm vs. an enhancement talent ended with Storm attacking Mariah May on commentary before the match
  • Kyle Fletcher def Brian Cage
  • MJF announced that his Dynamite bout with Fletcher will be an American title eliminator.
  • A Top Flight & Leila Grey promo was interrupted by the MxM Collection
  • Thunder Rosa def Taya Valkyrie. Rosa then challenged Deonna Purrazzo to a bull rope match for next week.
  • FTR, Darby Allin & Mark Briscoe def The Beast Mortos & The Undisputed Kingdom (Roderick Strong, Mike Bennett & Matt Taven). The Acclaimed interrupted an FTR promo after the match and the teams brawled.
