Jon Moxley AEW

AEW is racing towards Forbidden Door.

With Forbidden Door just around the corner, every show counts for AEW. The company is currently riding high following the success of All In, and is desperate to continue that momentum when it lands in the UK alongside NJPW.

To kick off that run, the August 20 edition of Dynamite and the following episode of Collision will be taped in Glasgow, Scotland.

At Forbidden Door, MJF will challenge “Hangman” Page for the AEW World Championship, and “Timeless” Toni Storm will defend the Women’s World Championship against Athena. MJF and Athena won their respective Casino Gauntlet Matches at All In.

Meanwhile, Kenny Omega will team with Darby Allin, Hiroshi Tanahashi, Kota Ibushi, and Will Ospreay to face the Young Bucks, the Death Riders, and Gabe Kidd in a huge Lights Out Steel Cage Match.

Former TNA Star Makes Shock AEW Debut

Before the company leaves for the UK, there’s the small matter of Collision on August 16, with the episode taped two days earlier.

The biggest story to come out of the taping was the AEW debut of former TNA star Ace Austin. Following the star’s match with Ricochet, Tony Khan announced that Austin is All Elite.
