AEW Change Tag Team’s Unpopular Name
AEW might just have listened to their fans as a popular tag team has had their name changed just days after their first name was announced.
In recent months, Hologram and Komander have found themselves battling together to fight off the collective forces of LFI. It was confirmed that the popular luchadors would team up again at AEW Collision Slam Dunk Sunday to face LFI’s Dralistico and The Beast Mortos.
That was mentioned on the AEW Revolution Zero Hour pre-show but eyebrows were raised when Hologram and Komander’s tag team name was mentioned as the generic-sounding Lucha Stars. But that has now been changed.

Taking to social media, AEW promoted the match and confirmed that Komander and Hologram will now collectively be known as Los Titanes del Aire – a name translated into English as The Titans of the Air:

AEW Collision will air over two nights due to coverage of the NCAA basketball airing over the weekend on TNT.
