AEW Called Out For Alleged Internal Corruption By Ex-Employee

Tony Khan AEW

A former AEW employee has accused the company’s higher-ups of corruption.

In a series of tweets, ex-trainer Sarah Stock attacked HR lead Karen Van Bibber and Director of Performance Psychology Chris Manzione.

Taking to X, she called out corruption, while taking a dig at the promotion rebranding its HR as “People & Culture.”

I’m calling out corruption. Hi, Karen ‘Fibber’ Bibber and Chris ‘Not A’ Man-zione 👋🏻 Sleep tight.

Oops, forgot to tag them. It’s @the_real_manzo and I can’t find Karen’s handle; probably disappeared publicly out of embarrassment for her grand flop of a ‘greatest accomplishment’ in @AEW: renaming ‘Human Resources’ to ‘People & Culture’. 🙄😅 You go, girl! Earn that paycheck!

Earlier, Stock feuded with Amanda Huber, the widow of Brodie Lee, over a separate issue. This time around, she dragged Huber again, while also addressing the mistreatment of indie wrestler Tiara James.

Uuffff…🔥 Another one falls victim to the hand of Hysterical Huber. Tiara, if you’ve ever felt sidelined at @AEW, it’s not you. I promise. Anytime I worked with Tiara, she delivered, happily and skillfully. Support @iamtiarajames. Are we seeing a pattern?”

Stock previously worked as a developmental trainer on WWE’s NXT brand before joining AEW in 2023. She was released in April 2025.

AEW Executives Blocking Female Wrestlers’ Progress

Sarah Stock did not stop there, accusing AEW’s Amanda Huber of blocking female wrestlers’ progress by limiting opportunities; not only that, but also ensuring issues do not reach Tony Khan.

It’s nipped in the bud before TK gets a chance to lay eyes on them; they’re not invited back. It’s a kink in the chain that needs replaced.

They’re treated like garbage, told to go be a seat-filler. Can you imagine, a full-grown pro athlete/celebrity sitting in the crowd at an event where they should be center-stage? No thank you! 🤮
