AEW Planning To Put Non-Title Match In All Out Main Event
The main event of AEW All Out is expected to be a match without a title on the line.
At the sixth annual AEW All Out event set to take place this Saturday, September 7th at Chicago’s Now Arena, the main event of the show is likely going to be a match that isn’t for a title.
While plans could still change, Fightful Select reports that the Steel Cage match between former AEW World Champion Swerve Strickland and his longtime rival “Hangman” Adam Page, who is also a former World Champion, is expected to be in the main event of the show.
The news was rumored elsewhere beforehand so Swerve Strickland went on Twitter/X to post about how he main evented All In and will main event All Out as well.

Going into the September 4th edition of AEW Dynamite, these matches have been officially announced for AEW All Out.
* Steel Cage Match: Swerve Strickland vs. “Hangman” Adam Page
* AEW World Championship: Bryan Danielson vs. Jack Perry
* AEW International Championship: Will Ospreay vs. PAC
* MJF vs. Daniel Garcia
* TBS Championship: Mercedes Mone vs. Hikaru Shida
* CMLL Women’s World Championship Chicago Street Fight: Willow Nightingale vs. Kris Statlander
According to Fightful, the Bryan Danielson-Jack Perry match for the AEW World Championship is AEW’s call rather than Danielson choosing one of his final opponents as a full-time wrestler.
AEW All In Attendance Records Revealed
The All Out PPV will take place just 13 days after the All In event took place at Wembley Stadium in London, England.
It was recently reported that the turnstile count for AEW All In was 46,476 people. It was reported by Wrestlenomics, who added that it was a 36% decline in attendance from the previous year in terms of the turnstile count numbers for All In.
As for other matches added to All In, All Elite Wrestling will likely be adding to the card since they have a two-hour episode of Dynamite on Wednesday to go along with a two-hour edition of Collision on Friday followed by one-hour of Rampage right after that on Friday night.
