Adam Pearce Lashes Out At WWE Name: “Your Opinion Don’t Mean Squat”

Raw General Manager Adam Pearce has spoken for a lot of wrestling fans as he hits out at one WWE name and their opinions.

Seth Rollins stunned the world at SummerSlam when he cashed in his Money In The Bank contract on CM Punk, revealing that his injury issues were all a ruse.

Seth Rollins was left furious after Adam Pearce put him in a four-way match for the World Heavyweight Championship at Clash In Paris. That move comes after Rollins and The Vision have continued to run roughshod on Raw, taking out the likes of Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, LA Knight, and CM Punk.

Pearce appeared on the Raw Recap podcast after WWE’s flagship show ended, where he was confronted by broadcaster Sam Roberts about his recent actions and decision-making. Roberts said:

Ever since SummerSlam specifically, it feels like you’ve been leading very emotionally. And it doesn’t feel like the General Manager of a show, generally speaking, should be leading with emotion. My opinion.

But Adam Pearce wasn’t standing for any of Roberts’ opinions as he fired back:

Your opinion? Well your opinion don’t mean squat to me, how does that sound? I wear my heart on my sleeve every day of my life, because I love what I do and I love the people I do it with. So do not insult me, Sam Roberts. You’ll feel my size 13s brother.

In terms of making the four-way title match for WWE Clash In Paris, Pearce had little sympathy for Seth Rollins:

If Seth Rollins feels like he’s being punished, pobrecito Seth Rollins. You lied to the entire world. You stole the World Heavyweight Championship; now you will prove that you are worthy of calling yourself the World Heavyweight Champion.

WWE World Champion Set For Long Layoff?

While Seth Rollins’ injury issues proved to be a ruse, it seems another champion in the company could be out for quite some time. Reports have suggested Women’s World Champion Naomi could be out for a long, long time after she was pulled from a planned title defence on Raw.
