Adam Copeland’s AEW Return Teased For Very Special Show

Adam Copeland

Adam Copeland has been missing from AEW for quite some time but now it looks like he could be on his way back to the company.

At Double or Nothing, Adam Copeland went to war with Malakai Black in a Barbed Wire Steel Cage Match. Although the veteran grabbed the win and retained his TNT Championship, he broke his leg while jumping from the top of the cage to put Black through a table.

Copeland quickly underwent surgery and now has a steel plate in his leg, but he wasted little time in working on a comeback. However, as of early September, he admitted there was no timetable for him to get back in the ring, but he was already putting in the work and now it seems he’s nearing his comeback.

FTR Tease Adam Copeland’s Return To AEW

On Dynamite Holiday Bash, FTR appeared in a pre-taped segment from their hometown of Asheville, North Carolina. Asheville was devastated by Hurricane Helene and AEW is doing its part to help the people of the city rebuild as it holds Fight For The Fallen there on January 1st.

FTR revealed in their promo they were not cleared for the rest of 2024 after an assault by the Death Riders but noted they would be ready to compete at Fight For The Fallen to face the Death Riders but teased they wouldn’t be coming alone.

The belief is that Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler will be joined by another Asheville resident in Adam Copeland who could make the trio FT-Rated-R.
