A new report has claimed that AEW producer Ace Steel is “lucky to not be in jail” following the chaos that followed CM Punk’s comments at the All Out media scrum.

CM Punk had a great night in the ring in his hometown of Chicago at All Out as he defeated Jon Moxley to win the AEW World Championship for the second time. After the show, things took a drastic turn as Punk to the post-show media scrum to get a few things off his chest.

Punk addressed rumours of him having anything to do with his former friend Colt Cabana’s diminished role in the company, something that he strenuously denies. The AEW World Champion also addressed his issues with Hangman Adam Page and took aim at the AEW EVPs without naming The Young Bucks or Kenny Omega.

Several reports from after the media scrum has addressed what happened in Punk’s locker room with Punk said to have thrown a punch at Matt Jackson. Punk’s friend and company producer Ace Steel is said to have bitten Kenny Omega as well as pulled his hair during the tussle.

Fightful Select has reported that Steel also “shoot cracked” Nick Jackson with a chair. The report adds that a source claimed that Ace Steel was “lucky to not be in jail” after the altercation. “Many people” are said to have been reported to try and break up the fight with one person saying that “they were trying to save lives.”
