Royal Rumble is less than two months away.

The 2026 iteration of the Royal Rumble will take place on Saturday, January 31, 2026, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Ex-WWE RAW Tag Team Champion Omos could make his return at the premium live event.

Omos wrestled his last televised WWE match on the April 5, 2024, edition of Friday Night SmackDown. He participated in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, which was won by Bronson Reed.

After that, he was missing from WWE for a long while until he made his in-ring return in October 2025, but he hasn’t returned to TV yet.

Omos is currently on a WWE promotion tour to Saudi Arabia. He was recently spotted with Randy Orton, Liv Morgan, and others playing a goofy foam-brick tower-building challenge at MrBeast Land.

Omos’ inclusion in the Saudi Arabia promotional tour indicates that he might make his TV return at the Royal Rumble event next year.

What Did Omos Do During His WWE Hiatus?

During his absence from WWE TV, Omos joined Pro Wrestling NOAH’s Team 2000X, teaming with Jack Morris to win GHC Tag Team Titles on January 1, 2025, at AH The Year 5 in Tokyo’s Nippon Budokan.

He also shocked the pro wrestling world with an appearance at AAA TripleMania XXXIII in Mexico City, winning Copa Bardahl Cibernetico.

October 2025 saw him perform at untelevised NXT live events where he faced stars like Oba Femi, Myles Borne, and Lexis King.

In June 2025, Omos revealed that he signed a new deal with WWE and he’ll continue his run in the company for many years.

Things are going very well. Can’t complain. I’m really excited about what is to come. I’ve been training really hard and working on some new things, and I think it’s going to be a really fun ride ahead, especially because I just signed a renewal with WWE and will be there for years to come!
