An injured WWE star has shared an interesting update.

Dakota Kai hasn’t wrestled since teaming with IYO SKY at a WWE live event on July 27th. A little over a week later on Raw, Kai was attacked backstage by Sonya Deville, Shayna Baszler, and Zoey Stark.

A week later, Michael Cole announced on commentary that Kai would be out of action for between eight to ten weeks after undergoing surgery on a torn meniscus.

However, it seems the star already has her eye on getting back in the ring.

In a post on her Instagram stories, Kai shared three video clips with the caption “See. You. Soon.”

Disappointing Update On WWE Star Charlotte Flair

The apparent positive update from Kai comes after it was reported that Charlotte Flair won’t be back in the ring for several months. The report suggested Flair won’t wrestle again in 2024 despite hopes she could be involved in the storyline between Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton.

Flair suffered a torn ACL, MCL, and meniscus back in December 2023 in a match with Asuka on SmackDown. At the time it was noted that Flair would be out of action for nine months.

Meanwhile, it’s also been reported that Asuka won’t wrestle again until 2025 after the star also underwent knee surgery earlier in the ear. During her absence, the star has signed a new multi-year deal with WWE.
