Absent WWE Star Finally Makes Huge Return To Raw

Two WWE stars were in need of a partner on Raw and they happened to find one as a missing star made their return to TV.

WWE contracts have been a huge talking point in 2024, but on July 13th it was revealed another mystery had been settled. Despite weeks of speculation, and hints she might be heading elsewhere, it was confirmed Natalya had signed a new deal to stay with WWE.

Despite the new deal being settled Natalya has not competed since early June when she defeated Izzi Dame on NXT. But it seemed there was a perfect place for her return on the season premiere of Raw.

On Raw in Denver, Shayna Baszler picked up a win over Zelina Vega with the rest of the Pure Fusion Collective attacking Vega after the match. Former NXT Women’s Champion Lyra Valkyria tried to make the save but found herself beaten up. Sonya Deville took to the microphone and said there was nobody who could take them out.

Natalya Returns To WWE TV

Backstage a frustrated Lyra Valkyria and Zelina Vega consoled each other and noted they needed a partner to even the odds with the Pure Fusion Collective. Valkyria noted that the 9th of September edition of Raw took place in Calgary and that she had an idea – and that can only mean one thing in Hart country.

Lyra Valkyria and Zelina Vega were joined in Calgary by hometown hero Natalya. On a night when her uncle Bret Hart made his return to WWE Raw, Natalya led her team to victory over Sonya Deville, Zoey Stark, and Shayna Baszler.
