Tony Khan has been a busy man ever since the year started, as AEW’s Co-Founder has been recruiting new talent into the promotion, with many new stars signing with the company permanently.

The company recently signed former WWE star Tommaso Ciampa to its roster, before adding another huge name to its ranks, on last week’s episode of Dynamite.

Following a match between the team of Gabe Kidd and Clarke Connors against Orange Cassidy and Darby Allin, the son of WWE Legend Fit Finlay, David Finlay, made his second debut on the show.

David Finlay wins on his Dynamite debut as an AEW wrestler

The former IWGP Champion joined hands with Gabe Kidd and Clarke Connors to form The Dogs, and they took the duo out together. Tonight, David Finlay made his official Dynamite debut as an AEW star in a winning effort against the same duo.

They went through an extremely brutal match, which was won by the Dogs after Clarke Connors took Cassidy out with a tire iron from among the crowd, which left Darby alone in the match.

Finlay and Kidd combined to take Darby out as they hit him with a Dominator and a Piledriver, respectively, to get the win. The trio then continued attacking Darby and Orange.

4-time WWE Champion, Roderick Strong, then made his return and looked to turn on Cassidy as he went to attack him, but it turned out to be a ruse. He shoved Cassidy into David Finlay before taking the other two out. He was then joined by Darby, who took them out with his skateboard as the trio stood tall as the Dogs retreated.
