3-Time WWE Champion Wants Revenge On John Cena
John Cena’s ‘Last Time Is Now’ tournament will kick off from the November 10th, 2025 episode of Monday Night RAW.
The winner of the tournament will face The Last Real Champion in his final match on December 13th, 2025, at Saturday Night’s Main Event.
Cena announced that pro-wrestlers from RAW, SmackDown, NXT, and maybe beyond WWE will be brought to the tournament to find out who finally gets to retire him.
Rusev has a message for John Cena
Rusev has been announced for the tournament. He will face Damian Priest in the first round of the tournament. Ahead of the match, the 3-time champion sent a message to Cena and others who will enter the tournament.
It is clear that I must revisit my past before I become my future. I must avenge the greatest defeat in my career in order to achieve the greatest victory. So, when my name is drawn to meet you Cena, the world will finally see that there is a plan for me. So, it doesn’t matter if you are Don Pinto or anybody else who entered this tournament. Let it be known that this is just a game of fate. It’s like standing between a predator and its prey.

Cena and Rusev had battled for the United States Championship at WrestleMania 31. Rusev dominated the match, but The Champ managed to make a comeback after Lana was accidentally knocked off the apron by Rusev. John Cena hit him with an Attitude Adjustment for the victory.
