Two WWE stars are on the verge of a return to the company after taking their talents elsewhere.

WWE’s partnership with TNA has been widely publicised throughout 2025, with the pinnacle of that agreement coming when Joe Hendry appeared as TNA World Champion in a match with Randy Orton at WrestleMania.

However, the sports entertainment giant has learned to play well with others across the globe and currently has something of a working agreement with Pro Wrestling NOAH. That has seen NXT stars Hank Walker and Tank Ledger make their debut for the Japanese promotion at Sunny Voyage on October 26th, where they defeated Alpha Wolf and Dragon Bane.

NXT Tag Team Heading Back To WWE

At Navigation on November 8th, Hank and Tank made their own history as they captured the GHC Tag Team Championship from Team 2000X. Less than two weeks later, Hank and Tank lost those titles back, and now it seems their time in Japan is at an end for now.

WWE NXT’s social media account has now revealed that Hank and Tank will be on the December 9th edition of NXT television after their excursion to Pro Wrestling NOAH:

HONK! HONK! After a successful excursion to @noah_ghc, former NXT Tag Team Champions @HankWalker_WWE and @TankLedgerWWE return THIS TUESDAY on #WWENXT !
