2 WWE Stars Stake Claim For Money In The Bank

WWE Money In The Bank briefcases

WWE might have Clash at the Castle just around the corner but 2 stars are already looking to win big at Money In The Bank.

Clash at the Castle will take place on June 15th in Glasgow, Scotland and will see Drew McIntyre challenge for the World Heavyweight Title that he lost at WrestleMania 40. Scotland will also be represented in the WWE Women’s Title match as Piper Niven will challenge Bayley for her gold.

Cody Rhodes looks set to defend his WWE Title against a familiar foe at the event with an announcement on that match likely coming on the 7th of June edition of SmackDown.

However, three weeks after that event Money In The Bank will return giving WWE stars the chance to do what Damian Priest did at WrestleMania and become a champion.

Jey Uso Wants Money In The Yeet In WWE

On Raw in Hershey, PA, Jey Uso staked his claim to become the next man to win Money In The Bank although no names have yet been confirmed for the show. Uso cut his promo entirely standing in the crowd as he vowed to win the briefcase that could catapult him back into the main event.

Immediately after Uso’s promo, Lyra Valkryia was backstage where she noted that Uso had inspired her to look ahead to Money In The Bank but she was quickly attacked by the last woman to hold the briefcase, IYO SKY.

Jey Uso has never competed in a WWE Money In The Bank match during his career but picked up arguably his biggest win at the event in 2023 when he pinned Roman Reigns to win a huge tag team match dubbed The Bloodline Civil War.
