2 WWE Stars Make Finals Of Queen & King Of The Ring

Two of the finalists in the WWE Queen & King of the Ring tournaments have been determined as they move one step closer to a SummerSlam title match.

On the June 16th edition of Raw, two more four-way matches took place as the semi-final line-ups for the King & Queen of the Ring were completed. Asuka returned to WWE after 13 months as she defeated Stephanie Vaquer, Ivy Nile, and Raquel Rodriguez.

Former World Heavyweight Champion Jey Uso moved one step closer to getting a shot at the gold he lost to Gunther as he defeated Bronson Reed, Rusev, and Sheamus.

The first semi-finals took place on the June 20th edition of SmackDown as former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Asuka and Alexa Bliss clashed while Randy Orton also took on Sami Zayn.

Asuka managed to overcome Bliss to book her place in the Queen of the Ring final, where she will face either Jade Cargill or Roxanne Perez. In the King of the Ring, Randy Orton picked up a huge win over Sami Zayn. Orton will now face one of two men in the final that he is very familiar with, Jey Uso or Cody Rhodes.

The finals of the tournaments will take place in Saudi Arabia at Night of Champions. The winners will then challenge for world championship gold at SummerSlam.
