2-Time IC Champion Predicted As John Cena’s Final WWE Opponent
16 WWE stars are vying to be John Cena’s final opponent, but it seems a former Intercontinental Champion might be the frontrunner.
John Cena will compete for the final time in his career at Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 13th. Many names have been rumoured as Cena’s final opponent, but the man who will stand across from the 17-time WWE Champion will have to earn the right to do so.
A 16-man Last Time Is Now tournament will kick off when Raw emanates from Boston on November 10th with two huge matches. Sheamus will clash with Shinsuke Nakamura, while Rusev will face Damian Priest.
But a former WWE star has someone else in mind for Cena’s last opponent.
John Cena To Face Bron Breakker In Final WWE Match?
Speaking on TMZ Inside The Ring, Maven explained why he thinks Bron Breakker should be John Cena’s final opponent:
Just because I’m selfish and I like the guy a lot. He pops up. I don’t watch the product; I don’t sit down with a bowl of popcorn and watch every Monday night. I do have a feed, and I catch up with it on my feed, and I could not be more impressed with Bron Breakker. He’s just, if you were in a lab making a wrestler, my god, you’d make him.
