2 Former WWE Stars Make AEW “Forever Home” Promise

Tony Khan Smiling AEW

Two former WWE stars are quite happy to make AEW their forever home if they ever end up in Tony Khan’s company.

Karrion Kross and Scarlett’s WWE exits have been confirmed by the company. Kross has explained how disappointed he was with contract talks between him and WWE before his exit.

WWE apparently withdrew its offer to Kross after he questioned how they had arrived at the amount they were offering to pay him. But all of this has taken place against a backdrop of uncertainty over what the truth of the situation really is.

Some reports suggested the whole situation was a work, while those in WWE expected the pair back in the fold sooner rather than later. But as the “We Want Kross” chants disappear, it looks like that’s the end for Kross and Scarlett in WWE.

And it seems there is no rush to carve out another long-term relationship.

Scarlett Makes Interesting AEW Pledge

Speaking to Chris Van Vliet, Scarlett explained that if she and Karrion Kross end up in AEW, then they’ll likely be with the company forever:

The thing about going somewhere else, it’s almost like jumping from one long-term relationship into another. If we ever go to AEW, we’re going to be flying the AEW flag. That is going to be our home forever… If we go there, we’re going to make this company the absolute best.

That move might not be at the forefront of their plans, as Karrion Kross noted he’s enjoying turning up wherever he wants:

Just being able to show up anywhere, at any time and do anything, and creating an air of unpredictability at these shows, I think also serves something very interesting to fans as well.

A 41-year-old star has followed Kross and Scarlett out of the company after their WWE contract came to a surprise end.
