News: WWE NXT Takeover: Stand & Deliver Will Take Place Wednesday, April 7 and Thursday, April 8
Here’s the announcement of WWE’s first-ever tw0-night NXT Takeover event taking place during WrestleMania week. The announcement was made during the start of last night’s WWE NXT show. From WWE.com:
The brightest Superstars of NXT are ready to stand and deliver once again on the black-and-gold brand’s biggest stage.
As announced Wednesday night by NXT General Manager William Regal, NXT will present NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver Night One on Wednesday, April 7 on USA Network, with Night Two on Thursday, April 8 streaming exclusively on Peacock in the United States and on WWE Network everywhere else.
The men and women of NXT always pull out all the stops for TakeOver, and that figures to be no different during WrestleMania week.
What will be in store when NXT takes over this time around with a historic two-night event?
Here’s the video.

TJR Thoughts: This news was expected over the last week, so it’s not a major shock to us. It should be an awesome card with two nights of Takeover matches.
I posted this yesterday, but it’s worth sharing again. The schedule during that week is going to be really busy:
Monday, April 5 – Raw
Tuesday, April 6 – Hall of Fame
Wednesday, April 7 – NXT Takeover Part 1 (USA Network in the US)
Thursday, April 8 – NXT Takeover Part 2 (Peacock/WWE Network)
Friday, April 9 – Smackdown
Saturday, April 10 – WrestleMania Night 1
Sunday, April 11 – WrestleMania Night 2
Monday, April 12 – Raw
Tuesday, April 13 – NXT moves to Tuesday (Not official, but likely.)
Busy days ahead. Bring it on.
