News: Drug Charges Against Sean Waltman (X-Pac) Dropped Due to Lack of Evidence

Good news for Sean Waltman aka X-Pac this week because the drug charges against him, stemming from an incident earlier this month, have been dropped according to ProWrestlingSheet.

The report notes that there was “insufficient evidence” for there to be a case. Waltman denied that he had meth or any other illegal drugs on him at the time of the incident and said the truth would come out in court. However, he won’t need to go to court now that the case has been dismissed.

Last week, Waltman did a lie detector test that he passed with flying colors.

Good for Waltman. He’s had rough points in his life, which he’s been very open about over the years, but he’s doing the best he can to overcome them and I’m glad the charges were dropped in this case.

I also hope that any website that reported the news of the incident earlier in the month will also note that he has been cleared because that is a part of reporting as well.
