News: Chris Jericho’s Mystery Partners Revealed for Debut Episode of AEW: Dynamite
On last night’s “Countdown to Dynamite” TNT preview show, it was revealed that the former Impact Wrestling tag team champions LAX, are Jericho’s mystery partners. LAX, now wrestling as Santana and Ortiz, will team with Jericho against the Young Bucks and Kenny Omega in the main event of tonight’s debut episode of AEW: Dynamite. They can’t use the LAX name since that belongs to Impact Wrestling.
Santana and Ortiz made their debut for AEW at the “All Out” PPV in August, when they attacked the Young Bucks and the Lucha Brothers after the Bucks and Lucha Brothers tag team ladder match.

The following has been announced for the debut episode of AEW: Dynamite that takes place live tonight from 8-10pm ET on the TNT network.
* Cody Rhodes vs. Sammy Guevara
* Adam Page vs. PAC
* MJF vs. Brandon Cutler
* Nyla Rose vs. Riho to crown the first-ever AEW Woman’s Champion
* The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega vs. AEW World Champion Chris Jericho, Santana and Ortiz
* Jon Moxley appears live
Matt’s Musings: AEW is coming out of the gate with a strong card for their debut episode on TNT. With NXT having three title matches on the USA Network tonight, the first night of the “Wednesday Night Wars” promises to be an exciting one for us as fans.
