New Match Added To WWE Fastlane: Big Show, Ryback & Kane vs. The Wyatt Family

TJR Wrestling

A new match has been announced for WWE Fastlane this Sunday night featuring the babyface trio of Big Show, Ryback & Kane facing the heel group known as The Wyatt Family in a six-man tag match. Even though there are four Wyatt Family members, only three of them will be involved in the match. What three? Find out at Fastlane.

TJR Thoughts: This makes a lot of sense just based on the storylines in the last few weeks where The Wyatt Family has “injured” Big Show, Ryback and Kane. This week’s Raw ended with Kane making the save for Big Show and Ryback by entering from underneath the ring.

It would be a major surprise if The Wyatt Family failed to win this match. They are going to be put over strongly over the babyface trio that WWE has been calling “titans” of late even though it’s probably not a permanent thing or some new stable. They’re really just three veteran midcarders there to put over the Wyatt Family.

The long term booking will likely see Bray Wyatt face Brock Lesnar in a singles match at WrestleMania, so doing this kind of match will give the Wyatt Family some momentum going into WrestleMania.

Here’s the rest of the Fastlane lineup:

Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns vs. Dean Ambrose (Winner faces Triple H for WWE Title at WrestleMania 32)

Intercontinental Title: Kevin Owens vs. Dolph Ziggler

Divas Title: Charlotte vs. Brie Bella

Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch vs. Tamina Snuka and Naomi

Edge and Christian interview WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day

Kickoff Pre-show United States Title: Alberto Del Rio vs. Kalisto (2/3 Falls)

Jericho vs. Styles will be added on Smackdown. Maybe they’ll do The Dudley Boyz vs. The Usos as well.

Our Fastlane preview will be posted on Friday and then my live recap will be on Sunday night.
