The next WWE pay-per-view event is called Money in the Bank and it takes place at the Allstate Arena in Chicago on June 17. Here’s the lineup.
WWE Championship: AJ Styles vs. Shinsuke Nakamura (Nakamura gets to pick the match stipulation since he beat Styles on Smackdown this week.)
Raw Women’s Championship: Nia Jax vs. Ronda Rousey – I wrote a full column about this match for The Comeback right here, so check that out if you haven’t done so already.
Men’s Money in the Bank Match: Braun Strowman (Raw) vs. Kevin Owens (Raw) vs. Finn Balor (Raw) Bobby Roode (Raw) vs. The Miz (SD) vs. Rusev (SD) vs. one member of The New Day (SD) and the winner of Samoa Joe vs. Big Cass.
Women’s Money in the Bank Match: Ember Moon (Raw) vs. Alexa Bliss (Raw) vs. Charlotte Flair (SD) vs. Becky Lynch (SD) vs. two more women from Raw and two more women from Smackdown (Billie Kay vs. Lana next week).
Smackdown Women’s Championship: Carmella vs. Asuka
Other likely matches:
Roman Reigns vs. Jinder Mahal
Sami Zayn vs. Bobby Lashley
Daniel Bryan vs. Big Cass assuming Cass loses to Samoa Joe in a MITB qualifier next week on Smackdown.
That would be eight matches. There may be a tag team Money in the Bank match as well, but that’s not official yet. It’s just a rumor right now.
