Roman Reigns is arguably the most well-known face in WWE today. However, his wife, Galina Becker, has kept herself away from the spotlight.

Like her husband, Galina Becker played sports growing up. During her high school and college years, she played track & field. She also tried her hand at Volleyball for a single season before leaving the sport.

After earning a management degree from Georgia Tech, The Original Tribal Chief’s pursued a career in fitness modeling.

How did Roman Reigns Meet His Wife, Galina Becker?

Roman Reigns and Galina Becker first met long before he became a WWE Superstar. The couple crossed paths in college. The Original Tribal Chief was two years older than his current wife.

While chatting with Renee Paquette (FKA Renee Young) on the WWE Network, the former Undisputed WWE Champion opened up about how his relationship with Becker started with them just wanting to have fun.

There is no secret, it’s hard work. You have to know how to give and take […] When we first met we were just having fun and we were kinda glued to each other. You know what I mean, like not having a care in the world or worry about anybody but us.

Before joining WWE, Reigns struggled with money. After his football career ended, he had to work in installing furniture for his sister’s company to earn a living, right after he had his first daughter with Becker. In an interview with Business Insider, he credited his wife for standing by him and providing the support he needed to get through the rough patches.

She’s always been there for me through the thick and thin, all our rough patches with no money. She always backed me. She never faltered, and that’s what made me solid enough to do what I do.

Roman Reigns’ Wife Takes Care Of Their 5 Children

The Original Tribal Chief and his wife, Galina Becker, welcomed their first daughter, Joelle, in 2008, six years before the couple tied the knot. In 2016, they had their first twins. They then added another set of twins to their family five years later.

While Becker initially worked as a fitness model, she had given up her career to take care of her family. In an interview with NBC’s Today, Roman Reigns described the atmosphere in his household as “loud” and “hectic.” He revealed that he and his wife have to schedule everything and treat raising their kids like a business.

It’s loud, it’s hectic … it’s one of those things when you have that many kids you really have to have a schedule and get everything in line. And almost treating it like a business, because there’s just so many of them. And you have to try to delegate, and give them all as much attention as possible. It’s been great. My schedule’s shifted around a little bit, so I have a lot more time at home now, and I can feel that relationship strengthening, and those bonds are getting better and better. It’s a very blessed situation.

Reigns also opened up about having to get creative with date ideas with his wife due to having five children. He also emphasized that they have to put a lot of effort into their relationship as they carry the responsibility of raising their kids.

The Original Tribal Chief and his wife were recently rumored to have welcomed their sixth child. However, Reigns was quick to refute these rumors.

What’s Roman Reigns’ Wife’s Relationship With WWE?

Galina Becker has no real relationship with the Stamford-based company. While several superstars’ spouses have taken part in storylines over the years, Roman Reigns’ wife has remained away from the wrestling ring.

However, the couple has appeared together at some WWE events, including Hall of Fame ceremonies.
