Updated Lineup for WWE Super Show-Down on Oct. 6 in Melbourne, Australia (10 Matches Announced)

TJR Wrestling

The next major WWE pay-per-view style event is called Super Show-Down and it takes place at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) in Melbourne, Australia with over 60,000 fans in attendance, or at least that’s what WWE wants the crowd to be like.

Super Show-Down will stream live on WWE Network on Saturday, Oct. 6 at 5 a.m. ET / 2 a.m. PT. That’s 10 a.m. for those of you in the United Kingdom as well. That info comes straight from WWE.com about the event. I put that in every time I mention the event because I’m asked about the time zones since it’s obviously different for an Australian show.

Here’s the announced lineup so far with ten matches:

Triple H (with Shawn Michaels) vs. The Undertaker (with Kane)

The Shield (Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins) vs. Braun Strowman, Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre

WWE Championship: AJ Styles (c) vs. Samoa Joe

Bobby Lashley and John Cena vs. Elias and Kevin Owens

Daniel Bryan vs. The Miz – The winner is the #1 contender for the WWE Championship

Smackdown Women’s Championship: Becky Lynch (c) vs. Charlotte Flair

Smackdown Tag Team Championships: The New Day (c) vs. Cesaro and Sheamus

Ronda Rousey and The Bella Twins (Brie Bella and Nikki Bella) vs. The Riott Squad (Liv Morgan, Ruby Riott and Sarah Logan)

Cruiserweight Championship: Cedric Alexander (c) vs. Buddy Murphy

Asuka and Naomi vs. The IIconics (Billie Kay and Peyton Royce)

There is some hometown, or at least home country, flavor to the event since Buddy Murphy is from Australia and so are the IIconics duo of Billie Kay and Peyton Royce, so it should be a huge night for those three superstars.

According to this tweet from WWE’s Australia Twitter account, the event will have a run time of about four hours, so plan accordingly.
