Report: Seth Rollins Injured At WWE Clash Of Champions; Severity Not Yet Known

Seth Rollins was reportedly injured during his WWE Universal Championship match against Kevin Owens at last night’s Clash of Champions pay-per-view. This is according to Wrestling Observer Radio.

The point in the match where Rollins was reportedly injured was when Owens hit Rollins with a gutbuster off the middle rope. It was reported that Rollins was helped by WWE’s medical staff and that he had trouble breathing, which means this could be a rib injury.

WWE has not stated that Rollins was injured last night, so the severity of this reported injury is not yet known. We will keep you updated as we learn more.

Update: WWE announced that Rollins suffered a rib injury and was unable to compete on this week’s Raw. Rib injuries can take a bit to heal, so he may be out of action for a couple more weeks.
