WWE Star Removed From Raw Match

An advertised match on WWE Raw has been changed before the show.

A unique Intercontinental Title #1 Contenders Tournament began with two triple threat matches taking place on the August 26th edition of WWE Monday Night Raw. The winners of those two triple threat matches were Jey Uso and Pete Dunne.

On the September 9th edition of Raw, Jey & Dunne will be in a fatal four-way match with two other wrestlers and the winner of that four-way will get an Intercontinental Title shot against Bron Breakker.

There are two more triple threat matches set for tonight’s September 2nd Labor Day edition of WWE Raw:

* Ludwig Kaiser vs. Sheamus vs. Bronson Reed

* Dominik Mysterio vs. Ludwig Kaiser vs. Dragon Lee

However, it has been reported by Wrestlevotes on X/Twitter that there will be a change to one of those matches.

I’m told there is a change coming to one of the triple threat matches tonight on #WWERaw

Bronson Reed vs. Sheamus vs. Ludwig Kaiser is not happening as advertised. The match is still taking place, however, I’m told Reed won’t be part of it.

Earlier on Monday, Bronson Reed commented on Twitter/X with this three later phrase: “Ugh.”

In an update, WWE has confirmed Reed is out by having Raw General Manager Adam Pearce comment in a video that Reed has COVID-19 so he’s not cleared to compete.

Bronson Reed Destroyed Braun Strowman On WWE Raw

Over the last month, Bronson Reed has been unleashed on the WWE Raw brand after taking out Seth “Freakin” Rollins with multiple Tsunami splashes in a vicious attack. Reed has also taken out R-Truth for several weeks and attacked The Miz as well.

On last week’s Raw, Reed had a match with Braun Strowman, which ended with no winner since they fought backstage. The fight went out into a parking lot area where Reed jumped off a wall onto Strowman with a Tsunami splash on the roof of a car.
